All too often, period homes are subdivided into flats and original features are lost in the process. It is our mission to restore these buildings to their intended glory whilst improving energy efficiency and insulation.

Restorations are completed by Charlotte and her team of experienced contractors. Experts are consulted at every stage of the renovation from pre-purchase through all stages of design, planning permission and throughout the development.

Charlotte has a history of product design in tech and applies the principles of user experience and design to renovation projects.

Leading the process with a hands-on approach combines her successful career in management with her passion and experience in property development.
